With our extremely broad range of products, unrivalled history and knowledge within the hydraulics and performance fluid transfer industries, HEL Performance can quickly develop a custom product or modify an existing product to meet virtually any need.
HEL Performance manufactures all of its brake line components (fittings and hose) in the United Kingdom. Infact we are the only company in the UK that manufacture all of its own banjo fittings, banjo bolts (single and double), ferrules etc in house. If you visit HEL Performance to see your hose being made you can also see the fittings being machined while you are there. We are the only manufacture in the UK who currently manufactures main line product in house - again reiterating our commitment to the full process of the design, manufacture and supply of our products. It offers us complete control of every aspect of the design and manufacture of OEM requirements.

HEL Performance worked extensively with Norton Motorcycles on the new range of motorcycles, supplying all of the brake and clutch lines for the complete range. This has now grown into us supplying them with radiators, oil line, fuel line, cables as well as liasing with them on new model launches. The Norton story has been a great success that keeps on building and it is great to be a british company, supplying british manufactured parts to a great british marque.

Our OEM development team will work with you to define your requirements. Then the highly skilled design engineers in our R&D department will proceed using the latest CAD software and our knowledge of accelerated manufacturing systems that cut traditional development time significantly.
We have recently been asked to design and manufacture a tee and elbow fitting for Honda Racing UK. The cnc process of this tee piece can be seen below and the whole fitting has been machined from one single piece of stainless steel - the result is a small, neat, solid and strong tee piece tested at the highest levels of the British Superbike Championship.
